The "Innovation Seminar on Traditional Tofu Processing Techniques," hosted by the Zhejiang Food Industry Association and organized by Hangzhou Renyi Food Co., Ltd., was successfully held at the company headquarters. More than ten food science experts from universities including Zhejiang University and Jiangnan University attended the seminar.
Experts engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as optimizing soy product fermentation processes, advanced plant protein processing technologies, and modernizing traditional flavor production. They also conducted an on-site visit to Renyi Food's R&D laboratory and production facilities.
